Join us for an in-person IDFPR licensing event with your state legislators!  Staff from IDFPR will be present to assist with applications, provide guidance with deficient applications and answer any questions you may have.  

All IDFPR application types and Chicago residents are welcome.  Please bring all documents necessary for licensure.
