Yoga movement is synchronized or guided by the breath. The class flow is similar to a dance. This is an all-levels class. The class includes breath work (pranayama), standing and seated poses, yogic philosophy, and mantra. Bring your yoga mat and towel.
Cindy Huston, founder of Yoga Body Elements and Uptown Wellness Festival, is an E-RYT yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist, and Reiki master teacher. With over 27 years of teaching experience, Cindy will offer a variety of wellness information that will enhance your wellbeing and your personal practice.
