Description

Join licensed instructor, Dena Taylor, for Chair Zumba - a modified Zumba workout using a chair. Move your body to the rhythm of the beat while sitting down! You will also learn a line dance or two. Standing is optional. Please bring water, a towel, and dress comfortably.
