The Year of the Dragon is almost here! Celebrate the Lunar New Year by making fabulous dragon crafts, noise makers and learning how to make delicious Chinese noodles. Wear something red if you can!

For kids 5 and up. 

¡El Año del Dragón ya casi está aquí! ¡Celebra el Año Nuevo Lunar haciendo fabulosas manualidades de dragones, matracas, y aprendiendo a hacer deliciosa comida China! Vengan vestidos de rojo si pueden!

How to Attend

This event takes place in person. Masks are strongly encouraged in all CPL locations. Please register by February 8, 2024. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.
