Join us in the library for this art workshop hosted by the Japanese Cultural Center of Chicago. In this workshop, students learn the basics of anime-style art as well as a history of the art of anime in Japan. We focus on how to shape faces, including eyes, hair, and expressions.
For all ages 10 and up.
How to Attend
This event takes place in person. Masks are strongly encouraged in all CPL locations. Register by the start of the event. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.
