Join the staff of the Mount Greenwood Branch for a discussion of The Personal Librarian by Marie Benedict and Victoria Christopher Murray. The Personal Librarian is the historical fiction account of Belle Da Costa Greene, personal librarian to JP Morgan Chase, who established herself as one of the most powerful women in New York's art and rare books world. However, Belle is carrying a dangerous secret that can not only unravel her career but place her at risk for serious harm; she is a Black woman passing as White.
