Events › TCA Health: Healthy Living Information

The TCA Health Outreach Team will be joining Altgeld Branch with the intention of improving the quality of patient care, facilitating resources, prevention of illness and providing education based on healthy living. 

Each event will focus on promoting, protecting and improving the health of individuals within the community. Education will include weekly focus topics such as sexual health education, hypertension health, behavior health, diabetes health, HIV & AIDS, nutrition and more.

How to Attend
