Please join Katie from the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) to discuss public transit accessibility. We will be discussing accessible public transportation, how to plan a trip, the RTA Fare Programs (Reduced Fare and Ride Free), as well as ADA Paratransit and the Taxi Access Program (TAP). For those interested in applying for a card, please bring an ID and proof of disability (if applicable). For those interested in applying for a Ride Free card, please complete the Benefit Access Program application through the Illinois Department on Aging prior to the event. There will be time after the presentation for questions and assistance with individual RTA applications.
Please register on the library's website, by phone, or in person at any Chicago Public Library location.
