In honor of Pride Month, join members of the Marimacha Monarca Press, a queer and trans-POC art collective, as they celebrate migrant and queer experiences in Chicago through storytelling and zine-making.
This bilingual program for a multigenerational audience will include supplies for all in attendance to tell their own Chicago migrant and queer stories through the creation of zines.
This project is partially supported by a grant from the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) and presented as part of the Culture In My Neighborhood initiative. #CultureInMyNeighborhood
