Description

Enjoy a bilingual journey of stories from North, Central, South America and the Caribbean Islands from storyteller Jasmin Cardenas. She shares a mix of ancient legends, myths, folktales and personal stories of being bicultural. Using participatory elements of story, music and dance, Jasmin will have listeners on their feet by the end learning how to Latin dance! 

For ages 6 and up.

How to Attend
This event takes place in person. Masks are strongly encouraged in all CPL locations. Register by 11 a.m. Friday, June 9. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.
