Join us on Thursdays for Chair Yoga, a therapeutic class that aims to improve your range of motion, release your stress, and leave your body feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Traditional yoga poses including stretches, balance exercises and strengthening exercises are done using the chair. Please bring a towel and wear some comfortable clothes.
