Handel's Messiah Lecture: Camerata Chicago's Music Director Drostan Hall

Maestro Drostan Hall and Camerata Chicago will feature George Frideric Handel's Messiah, one of the world's most famous and frequently performed choral works, especially during the holiday season. You will learn the historical background and anecdotes of the composer Handel and the piece, in live and video presentations.

Doors to the Auditorium open at 12:30 p.m., and seating is first come, first served (350 capacity). A 45-minute presentation will be followed by a 15-minute Q & A.
