Mindful Mondays: Setting Intentions

Did you achieve your New Year’s Resolutions in 2021? Studies show that 80% of resolutions fail by Valentine’s Day. Consider setting intentions instead. An intention is something you would like to make happen. Intentions can be positive, mindful and adjustable. Join Lala from the Sherman Park Branch for tips on setting intentions. Get inspired by sharing your intentions with other participants. We will end with a short guided meditation.

Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before starting an exercise program. There is always a risk of injury associated with participating in any type of exercise.
