Join Brighton Park Branch for a virtual book discussion of Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card.
In order to develop a secure defense against a hostile alien race's next attack, government agencies breed child geniuses and train them as soldiers. First published in 1985, this winner of the Nebula and Hugo awards, introduces the world to Andrew "Ender" Wiggin, a child genius who is drafted to the orbiting Battle School stringent military training. He must cope with isolation, rivalries, and fear in trying to save the world from an alien invasion.
