Google Applied Digital Skills: Create and Safeguard Passwords

Description

Practice creating a strong password and keeping it safe using a spreadsheet.

In Create and Safeguard Passwords, students discover how a hacker guesses passwords using a dictionary attack, then learn how to create and safeguard secure passwords.

Participants must have a Gmail account.  Once the lessons are finished, attendees will receive a Certification of Completion.

How to Attend:

This event takes place on Zoom. Please register 24 hours before the event. You'll receive an email with a link to the secure Zoom event and Google Lesson Password before the meeting. By registering for this event, you agree to abide by the Library Use Guidelines.
