Citywide Summer: 3D Printing Workshop, Family Lithophane Night Light

Description

Learn how to convert a photo or art image into a 3D lithophane etching that is visible when backlit. Lithophane designs will be 3D printed and converted into night lights that will be available for pick up later. Please register ahead online using an email address, and a Zoom link will be sent the day before the event. 

This program is best suited for families with kids 7 and up.

How to Attend

    This event takes place on Zoom. Register at least 24 hours before the event. You’ll receive an email with a link to the secure Zoom meeting information about 24 hours before the program. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s e-mail address must be used to register. By registering for this event, you agree to abide by the Library Use Guidelines.
