Description

Learn a bit about the history of buttons and their role in activism and advertising from button expert Christen Carter, then design your own button! Send us your design after the workshop to have it made into a button, and pick it up at your closest library branch.

For kids 10 to 14. Space is limited to 15 participants. 

How to Attend

This program will take place on Zoom but we have kits available containing materials to be used during the program. To register and request a kit be sent to your local branch of Chicago Public Library for pick up, please see the registration info to the right.

You’ll receive an email with a link to the secure Zoom meeting about 24 hours before the meeting. By registering for this event, you agree to abide by the Library Use Guidelines.
