Do you have everything you need when you are in a moment of a crisis? Do you have access to stuff that will help you calm down? Join the Teen Librarians at Chicago Lawn Branch and Edgewater Branch as we use this time to build our own self-care kits. Some stuff will be given to you but other stuff will be up to you to put in your kit! The librarians may even show you what is inside their self-care kits. Remember, this is a safe space and time for you to relax mind-week.
