Art and Meditation to Reclaim Personal Power

1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Description

Art and meditation can be tools for healing, processing and creating our lives. But how and when do we access these gifts? Art and meditation are tools that are within reach for us all and by using these tools we can effectively bring our true selves back into focus and alignment. Presented by artist and healer Elizabeth Tuckwell, participants will be guided on a meditation paired with an artist exercise in an opportunity to access these tools directly. Materials used will be easily available from the grocery store or found in your home. Participants will be provided with ideas and inspirations for them to further catalyze their growth. This program is a partnership between the Diversability Committee and the Maker Lab.
