How to Hand Sew an "Ear-Saver" Headband

4:00 PM – 4:15 PM

Do the backs of your ears get sore from wearing a face mask all day? Not to worry! Sky will demonstrate how to make an "ear-saver" headband to use with any face-mask. You can also use it as a regular headband. All of the supplies you'll need for this tutorial, are provided in the library's Radical Fit Take & Make kits, available at a branch near you starting in mid-January.

This program is part three of a five part mask-making series led by Sky Cubacub. Sky Cubacub is a non-binary queer and disabled Filipinx human from Chicago, IL. Rebirth Garments is their line of wearables for the full spectrum of gender, size, and ability.
