Calling all writers, diarists and artists! The Back of the Yards Branch is celebrating Chicago Children's Book Writing Month (ChiChiBoWriMo) with a series of three online book-making events. Each event will give participants a new series of ideas for making their very own book. On December 15, we will talk about journaling. On December 22, we will talk about illustrating. On December 29 we will do story writing.
During each session, children will have time to create new entries in their books as well as share what they've already created.
Blank books will be available to pick up at the Back of the Yards Branch, while supplies last. Please call to confirm that we have books before you visit.
