This event will be moderated by JUSTUS Kitchen’s founder, Jocelyn Jackson, and will feature guest presenters professor and most recently the author of Franchise: The Golden Arches in Black America Dr. Marcia Chatelain, associate professor and author of Burgers in Blackface: Anti-Black Restaurants Then and Now Naa Oyo A. Kwate and members of The Potluck Protest
