Tween Tuesdays

Description

Join us for fun and exciting activities, come learn, play and create with us! Participants will explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) concepts by engaging in crafts, DIY projects and more. This month we will learn about air and flight and will make a simple airplane using our To Go Kit available at the Little Village Branch. Stop by to pick up your kit before our live Zoom program.

This program is recommended for children ages 8-12, younger participants are welcomed but will need parental assistance.

How to Attend

This event takes place on Zoom. Please register by 10 a.m. the day before the event. Only one registration per household is needed. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. You’ll receive an email with a link to the secure Zoom meeting about 24 hours before the meeting with a list of any materials you will need for the program. By registering for this event, you agree to abide by the Library Use Guidelines. In person registration is also available by visiting or calling the Little Village Branch.
