Join Kay Shelton Kozak as she speaks on the suffragette movement in America that led to giving the right to vote to woman just about one century ago, concentrating on Illinois women who helped led the charge to the passing of the 19th amendment of the United States constitution, ratified 99 years ago.

Ms.  Kozak is the longtime President of the Lincoln Highway Association, a national organization that traces its roots back over 100 years.
