Description












Kizuna, the Japanese word for "bonds" or "connections" between people, is the singularly most appropriate word to describe the powerful photography exhibition: "Kizuna 7: Past the Devastation and Toward the Future."

Join us for an interactive lecture, discussion and slideshow presentation of photographs taken by Alan Labb, photographer and professor, during his visit to the Tohoku region of Japan in the summer and fall of 2017. Please also visit the photography exhibition on display at the Harold Washington Library Center, 3rd Floor Exhibit Gallery, through May 26, 2018.
