Join award-winning artists in performance poetry pieces followed by a discussion and question and answer sessions.

  • "Visibility" by Kelly Tsai - Interactive tech, spoken word and science fiction collide in this multimedia performance about a girl lost in a world of fog.
  • "Refrain" by Osiris Khepera - Dreams and time. Come hear the songs of past, present and future.

Kelly Tsai is a spoken word poet, interdisciplinary artist and filmmaker formerly from Chicago who has performed at over 700 venues worldwide, including the White House and for three seasons of HBO Def Poetry.

Osiris Khepera is a self-described Urban Renaissance Artist. He appeared within the Jeff Award-winning Tennessee Williams Project (The Hypocrites) and received his second Black Theatre Alliance Award (BTAA) for Passing Strange (Bailiwick-Chicago).
